To announce the coming of a new CEO, CHRISTUS Health came to us in need of a “Special Edition” to their otherwise normal company newsletter. Given the large amount of copy, I opted to take their bi-fold format to three panels in order to maintain the high level of sophistication and professionalism this client seeks.
I chose to keep the cover relatively clean, however I utilized a spot varnish on the ribbons to add another subtle layer of sophistication and quality. The photography provided by the client was decent, but somewhat limited in scope and variety. I solved this problem by selecting a series of images that seem to create a small mini scene of the interview.
